REAMS was founded in 2002 providing asset management and condition surveys to support the mobilisation and demobilisation processes of large facilities management providers. Today, the business continues to operate in the FM arena working for both end users and operators. REAMS identifies asset information, formulates accurate and efficient maintenance regimes, integrating market leading CMMS systems and further driving down costs through the development of bespoke asset strategies.

Our commissions reange from single sites through to portfolios containing many hundreds of properties, and our geographical reach covers Europe and the Middle East.

Our clients hold significant facilities and real estate portfolios, including government departments, national and international blue chip organisations, PFI operators, fund holders, investors, facilities managers and contractors.

The property portfolios are also divers covering residential, schools, hospitals, universities, retail units, industrial and manufacturing plants, corporate headquatres, rail networks and nuclear powerstations.
