A graduate of Swansea University and the Universiteit van Amsterdam, Alistair is a hands on Director with day to day responsibility for the business, across the business functions and markets.

Alistair takes an active role in the delivery of the business projects and managing of client relationships.

Alistair enjoys a passion for wakeboarding and waterskiing and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Owen has held positions with 3i, Wales Fund Managers, and Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance.

Owen is responsible for providing all financial and commercial strategy to REAMS.

This encompasses all business functions including, Strategy, business change, Sales, customer retention, operations, technical support, H&S and the implementation of quality systems and processes.

Ron’s experience cuts across a multitude of sectors including property management companies, FM companies, building owners, local government, retail and, High Tech sectors including the industrial and healthcare markets.

Ron is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and in his spare time enjoys both rugby and cricket.
