REAMS were instructed by the SPV facilities management provider, Jarvis Accommodation Services, to provide mechanical and electrical asset and condition surveys across the portfolio of schools in North London. REAMS were tasked with assessing room derogation schedules against output specifications, providing condition and asset assessments along with a review and update of the life cycle plan.
