REAMS were instructed by the facilities management provider, Balfour Beatty Workplace, to provide mechanical and electrical asset and condition surveys across the MPA estate in the northern region. REAMS were tasked with providing accurate asset surveys, assessing existing GIA measurements, carrying out H&S audits and compliance assessments on each site.
