Owen has been working with REAMS on financial and commercial issues for some time now and his appointment formulises that role. Owens appointment fits in with the strategic plan for growth and allows REAMS to further develop on a sound financial and commercial footing.

Ron is a highly experienced director in the facilities management and maintenance sector and will assist REAMS on a strategic level, complimenting the Companies growth plans. Ron’s role will have particular attention on leveraging the opportunities provided by the current economic environment.

REAMS have already piloted the concept of the JCI Asset Management Optimisation (AMO) programme, and this latest instruction represents an extension to that.

REAMS will provide programme and project management to the client, including full integration in to the client team and support functions.

In addition, REAMS will provide, site asset surveys, maintenance work plan audit and review, PAS55 implementation, criticality matrices implementation, CMMS integration and new database role out.
