Johnson Controls Inc, provider of Global Workspace Solutions has instructed REAMS to carryout further strategic asset management duties across a key UK based account.

REAMS have already piloted the concept of the JCI Asset Management Optimisation (AMO) programme, and this latest instruction represents an extension to that.

REAMS will provide programme and project management to the client, including full integration in to the client team and support functions.

In addition, REAMS will provide, site asset surveys, maintenance work plan audit and review, PAS55 implementation, criticality matrices implementation, CMMS integration and new database role out.
